This 1872 loft, part of the landmark’s Holden block, endured decades of wear and piecemeal renovations. Our clients trusted us to transform the space, honoring the history and bones of the existing loft, and bringing in new life to host their friends and family in their West Loop pied-à-terre.

Handmade cabinetry, courtesy of O’Brien Harris, done in a curated, custom color, brings 10/10 personality to the kitchen that transitions seamlessly into the dining and living space in this petite loft.

An intentional blend of vintage pieces paired with custom curated furnishings put the cherry on top of this jewel box of a home.

Stone by Calia Stone Boutique, tile from The Fine Line and Fireclay Tile, lighting from Visual Comfort, and a collection of vintage sourced furniture ranging from 1900s France to Mid-Century Denmark put a completely unique stamp on this well curated space.
