With an incredible amount of square footage to work with, we redesigned this early 2000s footprint to take advantage of every inch. Relocating the entryway to further privatize the room from the rest of the bedroom suite allowed us to redesign the vanity and move the shower into an otherwise unused pocket of the room.
The goal was to retain the location of the windows and perimeter walls, but to bring a sense of excellence they missed on the initial build. Capturing a classic, 'new traditional' aesthetic with cheeky touches like the patterned tile floor, we prioritized living finishes, a timeless color palette and a highly functional layout.
Hand chopped marble floors and zellige wall tile from The Fine Line, custom walnut cabinetry from Trim Tech, Calacatta Bluette marble tops from Calia Stone, fixtures from Rohl and a custom colored bathtub from Victoria Albert round out this stunner of a primary ensuite.
