The Space: Whole Condo Remodel and Furnishings

Type: Residential Interior

Featured:‍ ‍House Beautiful Magazine

Photography: Ryan McDonald

styling: Kimberly Swedelius

This 1872 loft, part of the landmark Holden Block, had endured decades of wear and piecemeal renovations. The clients trusted us to transform the space – honoring the history and bones of the existing loft while bringing in new life to host friends and family in their West Loop pied-à-terre.

Handmade cabinetry by O'Brien Harris, done in a curated custom color, brings serious personality to the kitchen – transitioning seamlessly into the dining and living space of this petite loft.

An intentional blend of vintage pieces paired with custom furnishings puts the cherry on top of this jewel box of a home.

Stone by Calia Stone Boutique, tile from The Fine Line and Fireclay Tile, lighting from Visual Comfort, and a collection of vintage furniture ranging from 1900s France to mid-century Denmark put a completely unique stamp on this well-curated space.
