Who wouldn't want to watch a race while taking a dip on a Sunday morning? Our client had been looking for a vacation house when the pandemic hit – they shifted focus and built a staycation as an annex to their existing home instead.

This 9,000 sq ft addition holds a natatorium with a 40' pool, outfitted with a swanky seating area and custom collapsible 120" TV. Outside the pool house sits a kitchenette and dining area with an oversized custom dining table and sideboard, perfect for hosting a large weekend hangout with the family. The pool bath is decked out with a recycled glass mosaic floor, custom cabinetry, and full-height stone slab separating the walk-in shower. Lush greenery brings the outdoors in.
