After the pandemic left this iconic Chicago nightclub vacant, we partnered with Evoke Tattoos to transform it into a luxury tattoo studio designed for artistry, privacy, and community. Preserving the building's historic character, the design layers Art Deco influences, richly tactile materials, and flexible architectural interventions to create a sophisticated space that can seamlessly evolve into an art gallery or pop-up venue.
