In stark contrast to the clients' rich and moody first and second floor, the ask was simple: bring the fun. Somewhere they could entertain year-round – swanky enough for the adults, casual enough for the kids.

The basement features a custom wet bar plenty big for a Super Bowl spread or an XL charcuterie board, with a cantilevered integrated bar top for casual dining. Black and brass Brizo fixtures complement graphic backsplash tile, metallic wallpaper, and shou sugi ban wall cladding to take this space to the next level.
